Reserve Your Homemade Pumpkin Pie
We are thrilled to announce that we are once again offering our delicious homemade pumpkin pies as a token of our appreciation for your business and friendship. Each pie will be baked by Kristine Waltman, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and a former pastry chef at Blackberry Farm.
Reserve yours today as quantities are limited. Complete the information below or call our office at (865) 693-6301 by Friday, November 17th to reserve your pie. Pick-up day will be Tuesday, November 21st between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Our office will be closed beginning on Wednesday, November 22nd, and will reopen Monday, November 27th.
Pies are limited to one per household and must be picked up on Tuesday, November 21st.
PYAW pies will be homemade by Kristine Waltman. Kristine graduated from Indiana University before heading off to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York to train to be a pastry chef. She graduated first in her class from the CIA and began her professional career with the Inn at Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee. Her time is now thoroughly occupied with cooking for her 5 teenage children who have insatiable appetites. Kristine still holds private cooking classes interspersed with the occasional wedding cake. When she isn’t cooking, Kristine enjoys painting, photography, and walking her Corgis, Oscar and Ollie.
